If you do not accept those conditions, please stop using the site. References to “we,” “us,” or “the site” mean the people who operate this website on Anne Newgarden’s behalf.

These terms apply only to this website. A linked bookseller, practitioner, event organizer, media outlet, video provider, social platform, or other independent service applies its own terms.

Editorial and informational purpose

The site shares books, essays, archived news, personal experiences, interviews, event history, directory information, and discussion of metaphysical, paranormal, spiritual, wellness-adjacent, scientific, financial, and other ideas. Some material describes personal belief, opinion, memory, or another person’s claim rather than established fact.

Nothing on this site is medical, mental-health, legal, financial, scientific, emergency, or other professional advice. Do not use it as a substitute for a qualified professional, diagnosis, treatment, safety decision, financial decision, or emergency service. No result, experience, interpretation, or outcome is promised.

Archive dates and accuracy

News, event, video, price, availability, venue, schedule, promotion, retailer, practitioner, and other archival details may become outdated. Historical material may preserve the language and context in which it was originally published. Verify current information with the relevant provider before relying on it.

We may correct, clarify, update, reorganize, or remove site material without notice. We aim to present the site carefully, but do not promise that every page is complete, error-free, or continuously available.
