Friends, come join me and other “local talent” as I read from my “Adventures of a Soul”!

As the hosts for the event put it, “Join us for an unforgettable evening of music, poetry, storytelling, and soul at our Open Mic Night — a celebration of creativity, connection, and the magic of local talent!”

Come join me at the beautiful LightClub Curiosity Shoppe in lovely Warwick, NY, in the Hudson Valley’s Orange County, where I’ll be signing books and having a discussion with the wonderfully gifted and always entertaining psychic medium Edward Ragosta, featured in my book Adventures of a Soul.

Edward will be taking questions from the audience as well, and following our chat will be leading a mediumship salon. How can you resist?

Book a reading (psychic, medium, or AURA!—arrange ahead of time on their Web site), and wander wonderful Cookman Avenue and adjoining streets, filled with restaurants and cafes, boutiques, and galleries. And it’s just blocks from the boardwalk!

As fall grows still crisper, I’ll be signing and selling books outside the always comforting Comfort Zone shop. Thanks again to owner and mensch Steve Mandeville for the very kind invitation and for carrying my books!

Please support Steve and the shop and pick up some holiday gifts—after all, November is the new December! The Comfort Zone stocks a beautifully curated collection of gifts, soaps, lotions, and potions, plus candles, tote bags, books for adults and kids, funky socks and reading specs, note cards, games and toys, and oh, the list goes on!

And yes, Ocean Grove is one of the two seaside towns featured in my book. If you’ve not been there, it’s a rare treat, a trip back in time, with the largest number of Victorian homes of any town on the Eastern seaboard; the massive wooden Great Auditorium, dating from the late 1800s, housing an enormous pipe organ; a tent village where Methodist worshippers gather in summers; a boardwalk to tread and gaze dreamily seaward upon; and Main Avenue, lined with shops and eateries.

I’ll be selling (and signing, if requested) books at this fun gathering of local artists and artisans selling their work. It’s a beautiful spot, if you’ve never been, with a lovely greenhouse, restaurant, gift shop, yurt . . . even chickens and goats! And a great destination for a day trip from NYC or NJ. I’d love to see you there.
